Why use the title, "The Missing Link"?

The phrase "missing link" worked in many ways for this site, and here's a small list why:

1.  The phrase itself means something (a link) of your life that connected you to something that was either long-forgotten or lost long ago.  I think that could very easily apply to the Zelda cartoon and comic book.

2.  It's the name of my favorite cartoon episode. (^_^)

3.  It's got "Link" in it.

Need I say more?

Just like this title, the other pages in this site are also plays on words.  But, then again, I know you've probably already figured that out.
